Are all blouses made of 100% silk?
Silk is our fibre of predilection and our blouses are mainly made of 100% Silk fabric. In some styles, we use spandex for stretch and we use also 100% Cotton. Our goal is to offer a high-quality product in natural fibres for your comfort and for you to love. The fabric content is clearly indicated on the description page of each blouse.
Can I wash the blouses made of 100% silk?
Although silk can be hand washed, we do not recommend it. We recommend you dry clean the silk blouses you purchase from Elsoa. Always refer to the care instructions attached to the garments.
How do I know which size I should order?

Are articles with the "Sold out" indication replenished?
The articles in the color white will always be replenished however other colors will not. If you see something you like, it is best to order before we run out of stock. Once we are completely out of stock we will remove that color item from the website.
How can I know whether there is available stock of a certain article?
If the item you wish to buy does not appear with the "Sold out" indication, this means it is available for purchase. Unavailable sizes of an article appear shaded in grey and cannot be selected. When an article is sold out we remove it from our website.
Can I find out the status of my order?
Yes, by accessing the Orders Placed section in your account, you can find out the status of your order at any time. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed. If you have any queries regarding delivery, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I remove articles from my shopping basket?
Yes, you can remove any article(s) that you do not want from your shopping basket providing your order has not been processed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been processed. If you wish to modify after you have processed it, contact us by calling the Customer Service Department via the e-mail address email@example.com. Please bear in mind that we can only make modifications if your order has not been shipped and as long as the new article you are looking for is currently in stock.
When I add an item to my shopping bag, does it guarantee I have the item?
The item is guaranteed to be available at the time you check out your order. Because many customers may be looking at an item simultaneously, placing an item in your shopping bag does not reserve the item. Someone else may be doing the same thing and might place their order before you check out. If for some reason there was an error in our inventory, we will notify you by email that we are unable to ship. Your credit card will not be charged for items that are not shipped.
I have received an email stating that an item I ordered is out of stock. What happens next?
We will let you know if the item is discontinued or if/when we expect to receive more of the same item. You will then have the choice of cancelling the order or placing an order for shipping at a later date.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect article?
